Our Legacy Brands
Today, Gundlach Crushers is a global leader in providing size reduction solutions. They revolutionized coal mining in 1948 by creating the first single-stage, two-roll crusher. Quickly followed by another breakthrough marking the first time that a single crusher could take 6-inch coal and crush it into .75-inches stoker size.
Gundlach Crushers are utilized in coal mines and preparation plants. Their equipment, including roll crushers and cage mills, finds applications in coal-fired power stations, salt processing plants, fertilizer/potash manufacturing facilities, and other operations worldwide, enabling the crushing of a diverse range of materials.
Pennsylvania Crusher brand machines are found in 75% of all power plants processing coal in the United States and are used for multiple material reduction and processing applications in 79 countries around the world. Pennsylvania Crusher, a pioneer in the design and manufacture of crushing machinery, was incorporated in 1905. Since its inception, Pennsylvania Crusher has been solving the crushing problems of its customers with the most advanced technology, the highest quality machinery and unparalleled service.

Jeffrey Specialty Equipment and Rader Companies, Inc. rebranded as Jeffrey Rader in 2009. Jeffrey can trace their roots all the way back to 1877, when they produced the first power-driven coal cutter used in the United States. Rader developed one of the first pneumatic conveying systems for woody materials in 1951.
Today as a global leader in material handling and size reduction equipment, you will find Jeffrey Rader equipment and systems installed throughout the world. The equipment includes crushers, wood hogs, pneumatic conveyors, rotary airlocks, screens, and more. All providing reliable operation in the mining and a wide variety of other industries.
