Screens supporting cut points ranging from 250 to 750 microns are available and in stock, along with our proprietary hard-chromed and tungsten carbide flites.

Elgin’s Pro™ Series VCD Screens feature a proprietary hard-chrome coating process for maximum screen life, full penetration TIG-welded structure for extended durability, dynamic balancing for even wear, and full stainless-steel construction for corrosion resistance. However, if project budgets do not afford Elgin’s Pro™ Series VCD Screens, then we have a perfect solution with our entry-level Classic™ Series Screens.
