Tabor Multi-Slope Vibrating Screen

The Tabor™ Multi-Slope Vibrating Screen, also known as the “banana” screen, is engineered for maximum efficiency and high-capacity performance in material sizing, desliming, and drain-and-rinse applications. Its unique multi-slope design maintains a thin material bed across the screen, increasing processed tonnage by 30–40% over conventional screens while promoting immediate stratification for superior separation.
With linear motion, high G-force drives and rugged, reinforced construction, the Tabor™ Multi-Slope screen delivers long-lasting, reliable operation in both wet and dry environments. It is available in single, double, and triple deck configurations, with customizable options like feed boxes, spray pipes, and a variety of screen media—making it a flexible solution for coal, aggregates, and industrial minerals operations.
Overview
Designed for high-capacity screening, sizing, desliming, and drain-and-rinse applications. Its multi-angle deck layout creates a thin bed of material from feed to discharge, allowing for faster stratification of fines and improved separation efficiency. This design enables up to 30–40% more throughput compared to conventional flat screens, all within the same footprint.
Built for heavy-duty operation, the screen features 3/8” A36 steel side plates reinforced with vertical and horizontal stiffeners, rugged deck support frames, and huck-bolted assembly for structural integrity. It’s equipped with a high G-force linear motion drive to optimize performance, along with optional V-belt or jack shaft side drive systems. Users can choose from single or double deck configurations and screen widths ranging from 6’ to 14’ to match production requirements.
To ensure versatility across applications, the Tabor™ Multi-Slope Vibrating Screen supports a variety of screen media, including polyurethane, woven wire, punch plate, and profile wire. Modular screen panels allow for easy customization and maintenance, while add-ons like spray pipes, dust enclosures, and custom paint finishes further tailor the screen to specific operational needs. Ideal for industries handling coal, crushed stone, sand, and gravel, this screen offers both performance and durability to maximize productivity.
